Shipping Time.

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our supplier to your destination.

We partner with quality global suppliers and aim to have your order to you as soon as possible. Shipping can take anywhere between 14 – 40 business days depending on the manufacturer/supplier, although most times it is between 10 – 21 business days

If the product is shipped from within Australia it will take between 7-15 days on average to reach and Australian address. Our suppliers are both overseas and Australian.

Occasionally customers orders may need to be completed by various suppliers. If this is the case Your order may arrive at different times in multiple packages. Methods may vary depending on supplier. Please allow adequate time for your order to be completed.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Visa and Mastercard and Paypal through the website. We do not accept cash, cheques, COD (Cash on Delivery) and cannot take orders over the phone via email.
